Nathan,  without utilities or legal access, what would a buyer do with this acreage?

A buyer would have to obtain legal access by contacting the owners of the private roads through an attorney. Several neighboring homeowners are living on their properties without standard utilities. The use of alternative power sources is not only less expensive in the long run, but good for our environment. This land is just outside of the edge of development....someday it will be part of the development. This is a fantastic investment opportunity even if an owner chooses not to use the property now.
