Our Open House? Guess I'm working Sunday.... or.... With the close proximity to Downtown Branford and the Shoreline I can put on my running gear and trot around town with a follow me to the open house tee shirt...

Sandra, this house is well within CHFA Property Limits in Brandford ($347,000) and like you said if they fall within the CHFA Income Limits of $81,000 for a two person household, or $93,150 for a three or more person household they can get a great rate of 5.75% on a 30 year fixed mortgage. This is a new way to sell real estate. It bypasses the newspaper and television listings. This goes along with a comment I had heard that in the next 5 to 10 years, home selling will be on the Internet.

Elizabeth - Thank you for stopping by and commenting. Selling homes on the internet is already happening. Most Real Estate Companies have all their listings on the internet, plus the listings of all the companies in the area. Many agents have their own website, which also feature listings, and of course there is Realtor.com. Today's buyer is very sophisticated, and many start their home search on the internet.

Sandra - Just wanted to say hi. I work for William Raveis in the Southport office. I've been driving through your market areas recently as my husband and I just bought a sailboat in Clinton. Madison and Guilford are lovely coastal areas. I'll keep you in mind for referrals.
