Foreclosures are on the rise in Franklin, NC

I have always said that our Real Estate market follows the big cities and especially Florida when it come to the market.  What ever is happening in you area usually does not hit our area of Franklin, NC for about a year and a half to two. Franklin, NC Map

Recently we been seeing a lot of Foreclosure come on the market in Franklin, NC and has not stopped for a month or two.  Yes we have had some but it seems like more and more are coming.  

I personally have a lot of land that is already Foreclosed on listed right now and have sold quite a few in the past year or so. Seems like I am the Land Queen lately in Franklin. 

I also just listed a Foreclosed Subdivision at a really great price.  There are some high dollar homes selling for unbelievable prices but they are foreclosure and do not stay on the market long.  I tell my buyers if you are ready, have cash or can get a loan with no problem, now is the time to buy for sure!

If you are even thinking about buying up here in the mountains of Franklin, NC don't hesitate to do it now.  Land has never been so cheap.  I been here for 18 years 

and the prices have come down dramatically for land too.

June, I have some foreclosed land here in the Raleigh area for sale and I can echo your sentiment.... land has never been cheaper. NOW is the time to scoop it up for a fraction of its true value.

I've been paying attention and cant believe the new foreclosures in the surrounding area that have shown up. I have one just pop up next door. To close for comfort.
