Is it me, or is anyone else getting these calls......  I have been receiving calls from people trying to sell me everything from Lead generating services, to vacation packages to offer buyers on my listings.  When I ask them how they got my number, they say they found me on ActiveRain....my favorite one is ...."You have been SELECTED as a WHO'S WHO of real estate, you just have to pay $$$$$ to have your bio and picture posted in this publication"  I know the market is slow, and it must be slow for these people as well...but give me a break...and they are pretty aggressive, I had a women from the yellow pages, call me everyday for a couple of weeks...she was nice enough..but I finally had to tell her to STOP calling me....  Is it me...or is anyone else getting these calls....

You are not the only one, I did received calls from hotels, Realtors leads website and more.. just ignore te calls.

Haven't gotten any from activerain, but I've gotten others over the years....i too had to put my cell phone on the DNC list.

So far so good since all my phones (cells included) are on the DNC list.  And don't forget, if you registered them when the list first started, you'll need to re-register.  The list is only good for 5 years and then you're up for grabs again!

I wouldn't expect to see an end to it until conditions are better.  Anyone in related industries are all feeling the pain.  The promotional market is much more devastated than we are in my opinion.

I'm getting more emails than phone calls.  Putting all our phone numbers and emails and websites on-line is going to subject us to some marketeers.  But, it's just comes with the territory.  At least you know that your SEO is improving!
