New Team Member Feature at SoldByJark & Associates

I have just added a great new team player to my Team, she's an Insurance and Financial Advisor who works independently as an Insurance and Investment broker.  I am proud to have her on my team and am sharing this BIO to help her get started as a member of the team.  To give you a little more about what she can do for people, here is a short blurb of her experience and her services in her own words:

"I set up both life and health insurance for individuals and families (also can do disability and Long Term Care). I am just now starting to work with investments and wealth so for the time being I would say I am just specializing in insurance. On the life insurance side, I sell both term and permanent insurance. Term is the most recognizable kind where it recovers a relatively short term need such as a mortgage or other outstanding debts. Many families use it for income replacement if either spouse were to experience an untimely death to maintain the standard of living for the remaining family members.

Permanent insurance can be used for a number of things but the basic premise is you pay for life (there are options that are paid-up after a certain amount of years) and at the end of your life your beneficiaries receive the payout. This is good for estate preservation and paying taxes upon your death, or even just to establish a gift to beneficiaries.

I also establish Critical Illness Insurance which is really an amazing product. It pays a lump sum payment if you are diagnosed with one of many (cancer, heart attack, stroke, etc.) critical illnesses. It also allows you to get all of your money back after at least 15 years if you have not used the coverage. This allows you financially deal with the consequences of a serious illness while also paying you back if you do not get sick. It is an extremely smart policy to own and I really enjoy showing people what it can do for them.

More specific to you, clients must often wonder about mortgage insurance. I do not recommend getting it through the bank or lenders because it is an inferior product and is underwritten at the time of claim. I like to educate people on the differences and often save them money by purchasing a term product to at least cover their mortgage. There are options where you can combine life and critical illness which is very popular for homeowners as well.

I realize this is an extremely long winded e-mail but I wanted to give you a little better idea of what I want my network to portray about my services. I also would like to know a lot about what other members of our networking group do specifically and the solutions they provide for people. I like having personal relationships with people to learn from them as well. I find I learn the most from speaking with others, learning from their experiences, and taking their advice.

I consider myself a resource for my clients and the more good people and professionals I know I believe makes me a better advisor. Because I discuss such a wide range of financial topics with my clients I come across people that are asking questions about buying a home, mortgages, and a variety of other topics. I think having a network of established, responsible, andcommitted professionals enables me to be a better resource for my clients.

I really enjoy meeting people and helping them achieve their goals. I like to provide solutions and do not push people to make ecisions that they are not comfortable with or do not see the value in."
