2 Comments on Sedona Market Conditions for March 3, 2011 - Still a Buyer's Market, Folks.
Beth...that shows movement in Sedona markets--interesting to see a price INCREASE as well. Adding the New & back on market listings you have 17 listings--that is great. DOM are less relevant [i think] these days when so many are watching & waiting to see what a state's economy, the jobs market or IF the price will drop. As long as those who are in the waiting stage don't wait too long--sales should come about. Have a great weekend.

Hello Barb, yes...it's great to see activity pick up in the Sedona real estate market. The outlying communities in the Verde Valley are also experiencing more listings and sales as we move into our spring selling season. We're finding that while it is still a buyer's market, the well-priced properties don't last too long, but we've always had sellers who want to 'wait for their price', and those can sit on the market for a long time. That strategy used to work -not in our current market.
You have a great weekend too!
