An old friend of mine sent this pic to me.  It tickled my funny bone so I thought I'd pass it along....

Have you ever had days like this? ... I know how he feels sometimes!

It also made me think.  For a few years now (almost 10) Real Estate Agent (&/or Loan Officer) has been the career du jour.  Before that, it was Web Designer.  Before that it was -- hmmm, what was it?

In any event, does anyone have a prediction as to what the next hot career choice will be?
