BPO's are a very important step for the lender Donna. I first started doing short sales for home sellers a few years back. It helped to start learning short sales from that angle.
Now I also complete BPO's for banks. It has given me a totally different perspective, which has helped me assist both buyers and sellers in a short sale transaction.
