Hi Nick, I can't wait to see green grass again. Who knows when we will get sod though at our new house. I'm heading to Las Vegas tomorrow for a conference and don't expect to see much grass there either. Unless they have grass in the casinos. And I wouldn't doubt that.
Nick, THose pictures look great. surely taken at a differnt time of year? We're not that green here yet.
Jenny-bermuda grass is still brown here, but the fescue is all green. Not a lot of grass in Vegas, but they do have Casino's!!!! Have a good time and say hello to Robert, John & Wanda!
Deborah-you found me out!! Sometimes I'll include photo's of a more attractive time of the year.
Nick Your informative post about Morningside proves conclusively you are the Huntsville authority. If I was a buyer or seller I would want you representing me
Nick that would be an excellent price for a half acre lot in a subdivision here in Connecticut.
Hi Nick, green grass? I'm green with envy! I can't get over the price for that much land. We do not have enough land here to build a home. Glad you do!
