Digging with the pelicans

Ocean Shores, Washington

After digging my razor clam limit, I went back to my truck and grabbed my camera. Thank goodness I did! The pelicans were an incredible site.

We didn't even notice them for a while as everyone on the beach is staring at the sand looking for a little hole to dig around. Once I got back to the truck and put the big lens on my camera, I could see hundreds flying just above the waves. It was beautiful. Thanks for dropping by and enjoying the view. Steven
