Spring is coming early this year. Sellers and buyers are getting motivated. It is going to be a great year.

Impressive drop in inventory Debe, should only be a matter of time before prices start inching up again.

Looking at the graphs I hope your public readers understand that as that inventory continues to drop the market will start to eventually turn from a buyer's market to a sellers market if the inventory continues downward. Supply and Demand basic economics.
Come on Spring and WARMER weather. We are seeing some signs of improvement here too.
