Sedona Market Conditions for March 4, 2011 Brisk Activitiy

It was a busy Friday in the Verde Valley and Sedona real estate market, with 18 new listings and almost as many price reductions. 12 new escrows opend and 6 sales closed. 11 listings expired, however 7 went back on the market. It should be a busy weekend as well, the weather is sunny and gorgeous here in Arizona!
