Check some of the Facebook pages of local Myrtle Beach Realtors and you are likely to see glee-filled posts about multiple closings in the past couple of weeks.  Like almost every year, our northern friends have a belly full of snow and ice and their thoughts turn to sunshine and warm weather.  Happily, that brings them to Myrtle Beach, and even better, to think about buying real estate in Myrtle Beach!

It seems like this phenomenon happens everywhere though...not just at the beach. Most of my website cusomers are asking me if something new is going on...their leads have nearly doubled in the past month.

What this means is that spring is the time to spruce up your website, fill your blogs with photos of flowers and lakes and blue skies and birds, and do your part to excite everyone to think about buying a vacation home or finding a more beautiful place to live.  If you've got a lake in your city like Lake Greenwood lakefront homes, be sure and let the world know why waking up every morning to see sparkling blue water is the closest thing to heaven. Take some videos of neighborhoods with flowers blooming everywhere, and make us all want to move there. We are all tired of winter!
