My business partner has taken the big step into the video world! He has been elected by default to start producing videos for our Real Estate Business! For me it 2 parts:

Vanity (just not feeling like movie star material)
When there's not video I think they kind of picture the way they want to see you and they may connect but the real thing may not live up to what they were thinking and be disappointed.

But cheers to Kevin for being bold and putting himself out there.......I'm sure his videos will get better (I hope!) But here he is offering his reply to our internet leads.......Let me know what you think....Don't worry I don't think you'll hurt his feelings.....

Is the purpose to video your listings and send them to prospective buyers? If so, be sure the videos encourage buyers to want to see the properties, not eliminate possibilities. Good Luck!

Bravo to Kevin for taking a leap and doing the video. I belive video is going to be the "wave" of the future for our marketing and advertising, but like you, I'm not quite ready yet! As for Kevin's video, not so sure saying "I'm real and I hope you are too", is the way to go.

Way to go for taking that step Kevin! However... I think he needs a little more dialogue... like Donna above, not sure it's the way to go.. Spend a little time coming up with a short script to personalize it some more.. make it feel more authentic...

But still.. WAY TO GO!! Great to see Realtors making vids - big fan!!
