We are hearing all of this talk about oil, oil, and oil. The people on the streets are wondering why the USA is A. is not going over the middle east to put their feet down and the super power of the world B. Why are they not drilling in Alaska, Texas, and the Golf, and why are they allowing others to drill in our area. Some say the international world is taking advantage of the USA ignorance of political correctness. Many say you are correct or not correct, and by adding anything else to it makes it a hostage situation - meaning controlling others through fear.
Oil prices and real estate. People say the great fall to our economy was the spike in oil prices, and not an out of control real estate market. I say it was the needle in the haystack or the straw that broke the camles back. Our Real Estate market was out of control and when something is out of control it will crash sooner or later. The corrections made today should have been made in 2004. Today we are seeing business who wisely need to liquidate their inventory, but they do not have those big RED SIGNS SAYING all comers come and get a house 80% off for a limited time. Instead we have huge bouncers saying no you cannot have one of those homes. You tighten the ability to get a home with increased rates, higher credit scores, and tighter rules to prevent the out of control market that we all created. Not after the crash. When the fire goes out you do you everything you can in a blizzard to get that fire going again before you freeze to death.
Now with oil prices inching out of control with our government spending this is what is going to happen. Cash buyers will get amazing deals, more people will be foreclosed, and creating the largest gap in history of haves and have nots in the USA real estate history. This is where the American dream ends. We will remove the middle class, which is suppose to be the largest class. We will do this while awake staring at goats. The people will not up rise and demand change nor demand government officials and heads of banks to go to prison. No they will stand lost without a leader to say enough is enough.
Remember Divided we fall and United we Stand. What will it be here. Will we fight over a chicken bone and will we feast together tonight on the chicken.
How are we all together going to make change? I say 1st unite and remove the divide. If the GOVT is not going to stop the flow of USA dollars out of the country then we self govern ourselves and support our brothers and sister's business right here in our own Country. It cost more now, but it will surely cost less in the long run. When you eat fast food all day, because it is cheaper it cost more and it is really painful at the end, which might even lead to your death. It is time to start eating healthy, and exercising- yes it is going to hurt, but it is a MUST. Who is going to be the BIGGEST LOSER :-)
What happens to your computer when you use all of its vurtial memory? It crashes. We need to sadly stop wealfare and force the people back onto the streets to do some kind of work. It is fine if we give them handups while cleaning our streets, painting our buildings, but why would we ever give somebody money for just sitting at home? Am I just stupid and do not get the common sense on this theory of giving somebody food, shelter, etc to just not work? How about hey you cannot get a job, so we are your last resource, so we will give you the greatest basics of life to clean, paint, help, etc. Go figure. If you elect me as your President I will put everybody back to work fixing our nation :-) Lets defrag this baby.
