Richard...coming from you that is quite a compliment, you have a great consistency in your blogs and I hope to follow in your foot steps.
Tammy, please feel free to use this as a template for your own post...it was a nice way to publish all the places I promote my clients best interests in one place.
It is amazing and complicated at times. I use Hootesuite and wordpress direct to stay on top of my blogging and social media. Saves tons of time.
Geeze....Steve, you need a "virtual assistant". I have 1 website, 4 emails, 2 Facebook's, 1Twitter, 1 LinkedIn, Zillow, Kudzu, Google Page, Yahoo Page, Squidoo, and of course my main social/business network: ACTIVE RAIN. I spend the most time here..... we are indeed kept real busy monitoring, blogging and commenting while trying to earn a living!
Good morning Steve....wow....that's very impressive....I have AR, wordpress and an outside blog that I work daily.....the rest is sporadic....you do a great job.
A Realtor today needs to show than they do more than the "standard" marketing. It looks like you are doing a fine job.
Kate, I'll have to look in to "hootesuit" that is a new one on me...but this is why I posted my list, thanks for sharing yours. I hope more comments will come in on ways to make our job easier and more efficient.
Barbara & Bill... I left out one other I would encourage you to invite any of your colleagues to join a facebook group I'm the administrator of (and you both are already members of) New England Property Professionals.

Steve, It is apparent that you are very organized in your online presence and I'm sure you get a payoff for your efforts. I am working hard to keep up. Thanks for sharing!
Steve~ So many sites how do you have time?? Actually, I think I am up to date and post my listings on most of the sites you listed.
Terrie...this is why I wrote these down, I was working on a mailing and wanted to try to remember how many places I promote my sellers listings...and derive potential buyers from...I was surprised when I wrote them down. I think it is a good exercise for Realtor's to do this and it's handy to forward this list to a possible seller.
My head is spinning! It takes commitment to keep all those balls in the air! Should be very impressive to potential clients.
Sharon, the time we spend promoting our business (and therefore our clients interest) can easily go un-noticed. This a time consuming business and there are no days off on the Internet.
Steve, I admit that I am challenged to really stay on top of many. My key focus is AR, my own sites and a few others. Otherwise I need to hire someone to keep up with all the social network sites.
Kathleen, there isn't enough time in the day...But I try my best.
Steve that is a lot of websites. I am on ActiveRain, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin but ActiveRain is really the only one that I do anything with. But I don't think that Realtors can get away with just that, and probably need to have more of the activity that you have instead of me.
George, the funny thing is every time I think about it there are more sites I'm working, My MLS site and Realtor.com take a fair amount of my time as well.
Keeping up with all of them is a full time job all by its self and we still have to meet with clients. The business has changed in the past few years.
That's a large list Steve. My husband handles all of that for me and I know his list is equally extensive...I don't believe you can have too much good exposure.
Anita, you are lucky to have Internet support..I run my own on-line "hello - World" plan.
