I was just updating my list of properties I've sold in the Daytona Beach area on my web site, and decided to share this idea with my fellow industry professionals, and the actual sales information with any interested buyers and sellers out there. 

I have a page on my web site where I keep a sampling of my sales. I update it periodically with new ones and remove some old ones. The sales are not in order since I like to break up the prices and cities a little bit.

I know this idea is popular with my clients because they tell me they've looked through it. I also know that it gets quite a few hits when I compare the different page statistics on my site.

I created a table and have a button on the side of my site that says My Sold Properties where you can access the chart below.

Sally- Thanks! I get a lot of positive feedback on this one.

Christopher- All over the place. I leave some of them up for longer periods of time if I haven't sold anything in that price range or city recently. The way this area is laid out, it's almost a necessity to prove you have experience in a particular city, even though each one is only about 2 miles from the next one. It's kinda strange. And I seem to get groupings of certain areas of types of property all at once. Like right now I keep selling beachside condos. And that's weird because I usually sell single family homes on the mainland. But I'm glad to get some more variety up there. (This comment was long enough to be another blog)
