What a Week!!

Smokey Mountain Flowers The weather has gone from nice to nasty in St Charles County MO. I guess the old saying that March comes in like a lion and leaves like a lamb.

As the Spring flowers start to bud and bloom shortly so will the buyers start to come back into the market. Or have they already?

My week started last Saturday when I wrote 2 buyer contracts. Racing Water During the week I had two listing appointments, I am sure that I have gotten one of them and the other one I am not sure. Today I started with showing property to one of my buyers followed by another to a new buyer that just happened by one of my listings which will end with a contract.

We are hearing our phones ring more and more as we go through the first quarter of the year in St Charles County MO. Showings are increasing on our listed properties and the increase in real estate activity is good for our sellers and buyers.

It is good to be busy in St Charles County MO.
