How to help home buyers by finding them a rental.  Due to the high number of foreclosures, and declining home values, most of my time is spent helping people find a great bargain to buy.

I have been working with a client for a while now, trying to help them find buy a foreclosre in Haralson county.  Due to sickness, work issues, family issues, etc. these clients have not been able to take advantage of any of the great bargains available.

Finally, on Friday, I found them a great rental in Tallapoosa, GA.  Sometimes the best thing a real estate agent can do is help a potential home buyer find a great rental...just until thiings settle down enough to make the home buying process a time of joy rather than a time of frustration.

I see more and more situations when people sell (or short sell) their properties and move into rentals.
