Ken,
I have a friend with KW that has been talking about this program. I use Top Producer and it works well for me doing the same thing or most of the same things. While I'm sure there are pros and cons of either program (including that TP costs more) the reason I would never use the program you mention is that it allows the broker to have access to your data base. I simply prefer being in control of my data base without anyone else having access to it whether while I'm still with the brokerage company, or after I should leave. I've learned the value of this type of thing over the years.
John, I completely understand what your concersn are. I will tell you that my uunderstanding is that my contacts are that MINE, and if i did leave KW (I do not think will EVER happen) my contacts come with me.
The only access that the office will have is with the Transaction portion, the contracts once signed will be sent to the Broker for review, here in WA we MUST have contracts in the office within 48 hours.
So My contacts are mine and it will be easy to manage contracts
Ken, very interesting.. So if you have leads that come from several different sources, do you have to manually enter them into this system?
Don, at the moment yes, in the next couple of months that will change. We willbe able to have that info sent directly to myLeads. This system is amazing!
