David, you lost me at "most real estate agents will not be able to answer all these questions". Do a better job, but don't climb over others wearing the "R" making them stupid, lacking, ineffective with social media streams and SEO practices. Being found on the Internet all over it is key, but the seller, buyer need to connect with the person, not just the cyber black belt skills. Look at how the marketing is done and those differences are what make the choice easy. But don't portray others in our industry as lacking. Just show your strengths and let that approach do the talking. Most real estate agents, brokers, REALTORS smarter than you are giving them credit for.
In Canada, Many Agents have a website or webpage provided by their host brokerage. Realtor penetration for internet marketing at web 2.0 is at less than 5% of agents, who ever touch their sites or even blog. In my market there are 33,000 agents that complete for the 89,000 units sale we had last year.
