You are correct about the condition of these properties. A lot of them have been either run down or even destroyed by their owners. I personally think if the properties were destroyed as the people moved out, they should be held responsible for the repairs.

Todd - That is true but I have been surprised at the number of homes that are in perfect condition. Did you know that there are bank owned homes that were taken from builders before they were ever sold? Imaging buying a foreclosure for sale Vancouver Washington and being the first family to ever live there!
