Which room could you imagine yourself sitting in, dining in....or BUYING? Here are some Before & After picture's of a Murrieta home recently staged by 1st Stage Property Transformation.

Buying vacant home's is like buying an empty box (of chocolate). Let's face it, an empty box is a lot harder tosell then a box (of chocolate) with something in it.

Staging vacant properties create's a warm and inviting atmosphere and allows potential buyer's to visualize themselves living in the home. Let's give potential buyer a home (and some chocolate) they want to buy!

Betty - Thank you. That "cityscape" picture has twice been requested for sale. One time I almost let them buy it. I just hate to part with it. It goes with most of my inventory and fits well in most homes. I purchased this picture last year at Z Gallerie and I don't think it is in stock any longer.
