Spring is almost here, we still got just a little chill in the air, but Spring is definitely in the air. Flowers start blooming, grass is getting green, leaves are growing on the trees again. Colors are popping up bits by bits here and there. It makes people happy and energized.
With warmer weather around the corner, all sorts of community events will be coming up; various sports try outs, fundraisers, cooking contests, etc. Kids are getting ready for their Spring Break, many of us are ready for Spring.

Are you planning to sell your house soon? It is time to get the yard spruces up, clean up, and get ready to put it on the market to catch the home buyers before they are gone. Many of them are trying to buy now before the private motgage insurance (PMI) goes up in April.
