February 2011's weather in Denver was mild, not much snow and warmer weather, which kept the sales for February strong. MLS changed the way we report listings and sales, and now is easier to track the distressed properties. These stats represent only $200,000-$500,000 single detached family homes in the City & County of Denver.

8 Short Sale properties sold
In the month of February - 10.96% of the properties sold were distressed. These statistics represent a 9.36% decrease of sales from February 2010.
