Another reservation was received this past weekend at 
Franklin MA. These condos are luxury one level living that include many fine amenities that you will not find at other condo communities. Boasting custom wide moldings throughout, maple cabinets with a
n oversized center island and granite counters, gleaming hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms and 
high ceilings, the living space ranges from 2,300 to 3,200 s.f.
master bedroom suite with walk in closet, master bath with jet tub and separate shower. 
There is underground garage parking and an elevator for convenience. This community is serviced by town water, town sewer and natural gas. The condo fee is $233/month. Prices start at $385,900, and we only have two remaining at this price.
