School Rezoning will affect Centreville Elememtary School starting 2011-2012.

As a Realtor I do have families looking to purchase or renting a home in Northern Virginia in a certain school or school district. If you are thinking about owning a home in Centreville area do look into big changes that the board has passed that will affect the kids going to school in 2011-2012.

For example:

If you live in and around Waverly Crossing and The Estates at Leeton Manor starting next year your elementary will be Brookfield instead of Poplar Elementary.

OR say your live in Barros Circle,Woodgate Manor, Victorias Landing, London Commons, Battery Ridge and, The Courts of Riverwind neighborhoods your new assigned elementary is Deer Park instead of Bull Run.
