The Owen Evan Estates is smaller in scale subdivision in Enoch.  It is tucked away between a couple of other subdivision so that you would think that it was actually a part of one or the other.  Enoch, is unique in that all of the homes start out with .4 of acre lots or bigger.  We call the lots in Enoch, the Enoch half acre, they are usually .44 or larger.  Owen Evan Estates is no different.

This has been a fairly stable subdivision, there are currently no homes listed for sale in this subdivision
