If you are a classic economist, this doesn't make sense. Usually supply and demand
means that when there is more pressure on the market this is higher price.
There are many factors at work. Some of the unseen things that are affecting our market
in my opinion are: Mortgage companies being cautious, The high desert being a commuter community,
The current inpact of commodaties rising, and finally the actual average earnings of each household.
