Crestwood Real Estate Edmonton Average Sale Price per Square Foot

The Crestwood Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has consistently been stronger than the Edmonton average.  The average selling price per square foot in Crestwood was at it's peak in the 3rd quarter of 2010, where Edmonton had peaked a quarter earlier in 2010.  The Crestwood market is about 10% higher per square foot than what it began 2009 at.  Meanwhile, Edmonton's average selling price per square foot is only 5% higher than the first quarter of 2009.
