That's alot of homes for sale! I wonder if they all look as pretty and perfect as the one you posted here...
A large town with a big inventory, but an active market as well. That ranch is a very comfortable looking home. May the buyer see this blog as ask you to sell it to them.

A lot of inventory, but there are sales and pendings! Good. When I see photos of a nice blue sky, and a lovely home . . . I want to buy in Phoenix!! LOL Looking out, it's rainy and cold today! LOVE the warmth your area provides!!

Ed - our inventory isn't as big as it used to be. We're down under 6 months supply - not much but it's going in the right direction.

Carla - it's gorgeous here, in the 80's today. I'm looking out my office window and it's so pretty! Flowers are blooming and I think it's lunch outside somewhere today!

Looks like a healthy absorption rate...that is a lot of inventory though. In my "main" market, we have about 750 homes active; only 59 sold...not such a great absorption rate!!

Anna--I am embarrassed to admit that I have yet to do market reports. It is the formalt holding me back. Yours is the most unusual I have seen and I love it. I guess I can dare to be different and still get the information out to those who want it. Love this market report for Phoenix, AZ real estate!!
