Oahu's population grew from 876,156 to 953,207 residents according to the latest census.

Ewa Beach with Diamond Head View

Ewa Beach's neighborhood of Ewa Gentry had the largest population boom on Oahu

According to a recent Star Advertiser article, Hawaii's population is up to 1.4 million. The neighbor islands had larger percentage increases with Kauai up 14.8%, Maui up 20.9%, and the Big Island up a whopping 24.5% since the last census of 2000.

The Ewa Gentry area of Ewa Beach had the largest growth increase at 359.4%! This is a perfect example of why our prices in Hawaii are higher than the national average. There are more people coming than leaving. Supply vs. demand. Plain and simple...

Contact me if you're looking to take advantage of lower prices before the next population boom.
