When someone is interested in leasing a home, a majority of prospective tenants want to know about the school districts. I’ve learned that the biggest concerns when leasing a home usually have to do with the area, the school district, the price, and the commute. Many of our prospective tenants are relocating from out-of-state and are not familiar with the different areas or schools. Most inquire, not only about the quality of the school, but which school their child would be attending in regards to bus routes and zones. If you are relocating, it can be overwhelming as to which area you would like to live in; especially when school is your top priority for your children. Of course, the Internet has made searching much easier but if you are not sure what to search for…it can sometimes be a headache. If you are interested in moving to the Baton Rouge area and you are interested in school districts…please be sure to do your homework and browse through the information below so that you can make the right choice for you and your family. There will be a quiz following this post…okay, not really.
