Rich, as you already know this home is stunning and the views of the Sandias -just gorgeous. You did such a wonderful job presenting it too. I must have lived in adobe in a previous lifetime, I find the architeture so warm and inviting. Best of luck to you and the sellers, although I can't imagine you will need it.
Hi Mary, it is a beautiful home and the sellers are willing to sell on a contract, lease purchase, lease option, lease, as long as the offer is reasonable.
