Friends,
Our legislature tried to slam dunk a grave injustice over the weekend. They are trying to gut GRAMA rules. Without citizens being able to access government records, the government could operate in secret. If that was to happen, we could all kiss good-bye one of the best ways to keep in-line those who wish to further curtail our rights.
I have used GRAMA requests successfully in the past and am currently using them regarding equal protection under the law issues in Wasatch County.
