Oh come on, its fun…I couldn’t think of any other thing I’d rather be doing than registering my vehicle. Okay, maybe not…but it’s one of those things you just got to do. When you are relocate to the fabulous Baton Rouge, within the first 30 days you will need to register your vehicle…or it will turn into a pumpkin. In addition to registering, you will need to purchase a Louisiana license plate. They are about $20 unless you get a personalized one. I’ve always wanted a tag that said “Too Legit” but after a looking into it, I found out it was already taken. *sigh* So, the tag is around $20 for 2 years on cars up to $10,499 in value. If your ride is worth more than the $10,499 then you will need to probably call to get a quote or an exact fee.
