There's a new Bay Area Real Estate Radio Show on Clear Channel's Green 960 AM Radio in San Francisco. On “Tea Time With Queen of the Loan”, with host Mary Anne Daly, a local mortgage banker, listeners will learn about timely real estate issues including everything from short sales, loan modification, to financing strategies to sell a home faster, managing credit, green homeownership and bargain staging.

Daly is not your typical mortgage banker. She'll bring her unique musical twist to the show as she has with her one of a kind music video business card, Queen of the Loan, which has been featured on ActiveRain.com, a Real Estate community with over 200,000 members and has made it's way to over 7,000 viral views in it's various versions.
Daly, a Mill Valley, CA based lender entering her 8th year in the mortgage industry created her music video to educate people about what a mortgage planner does.
She says the show is an extension of that effort to educate the public about all things related to real estate, with a touch of music and humor. “There has been so much negativity and suffering related to real estate, I want to show people some of the positive news, helpful strategies and affordable solutions to their real estate issues. If I can sing a song and make you smile along the way, all the better” says Daly.
Her newest song “The First-Time Home Buyer” will debut on the show. “Since First-time home buyers are a big part of the current market, now they'll have a theme song” Daly jokes.
Her husband George Daly, who owns a Universal Music Group distributed music label, and produced television for PBS collaborated with her on the video and produces the radio show. Daly says: “Besides our two sons, I think this will be our best collaboration. I come up with the ideas and George takes them to world-class level. I love working with him on music, video and now radio.”
Her husband has an eye for talent, having worked with the Rolling Stones and discovering bands such as The Cars and Tool, among others.
The couple also co-produced one of the first Music CD-ROMs featuring Carlos Santa called The River of Color & Sound for Phillips Media back in the early 90's.
