Total Residential Lot Sales are way up over same period as last year. 264% up !
Foreclosure filings are down.
Here is what I can share with you. As a real estate practioner, my phone is ringing off the hook for requests to see properties. Buyers have flooded the market again. Consumer confidence is up and most are paying cash for their purchases. If ever there was a time to buy a condo or home in Bay County, Florida which is home to Panama City Beach, FL now is the time! Interest rates are still low, inventory levels are still adequate, and prices are still great. Don't wait too long.
