How To Impress Transferees With Nicely Formatted City Data

How long does it take to get to the office?Top Producer and the rest of those high-end CRMs likely already have this kind data built into their products but on the off-chance you aren't using one of those... 

Here's a well done/useful site that is packed with charts, histograms and useful trivia.  Pulls together lots of data about a city and puts it into one page that might be useful when you're working with transferees.   A copy/paste treasure when putting together something to impress a new client.

I checked out Ann Arbor and there is lots of data there I never knew.  e.g.,  I should start playing my German-Polish American card!

Top Four Ancestries where I live:  German (19.8%), English (11.9%), Irish (11.2%) and Polish (6.4%)

Only thing to be careful of if you're sending clients there directly is that they embed Google ads so you may bump into some competition ... or that just gives you another incentive to get that signed buyer agreement :)

I have tried top producer and just had such a hard time wrapping my brain around it.  Sometimes it takes a couple tries before the dust settles.
