This weekend the Homebuilders Association of Wake County debuts the eagerly anticipated 2007 Parade of Homes.
This is the 42nd edition of the Parade, and as usual, will offer the finest that local, regional, and national Builders offer to consumers. A most enjoyable detail: There is no fee for admission or tickets. This is a free promotional event as the Builders show off their skills and the neighborhoods.
With over 200 builders presenting nearly 400 homes ranging in price from $120,000 to $4,495,000, it will be a feast for the Buyer, and also for the dedicated window shopper. Many homes will be decorated to the maximum and some of the most desirable locations in Wake County will be featured. With a tradition like that, it is no wonder that many thousands of people will turn out on a nice weekend to view new homes and discover the latest trends in construction, floor plan, and decor.
The Parade opens this Saturday, September 29 and runs weekends through October 14, 2007. Guidebooks are available from your real estate agent or at one of the participating homes. Demand is great, so don't wait to the last minute to get your guidebook.
Homes are open from Noon to 5:00 PM on the following days:
Saturday, September 29, 2007
Sunday, September 30, 2007
Friday October 5, 2007
Saturday, October 6, 2007
Sunday, October 7, 2007
Friday, October 12, 2007
Saturday, October 13, 2007
Sunday, October 14, 2007
On October 27 and 28, 2007, there will be a bonus. Several homes that have been thoroughly renovated and updated in desirable locations will also be opened to the public as some of our finest remodelers show off their skills. These homes are featured in the back of the Parade of Homes guide.
And this year my friends, Craig Rutman and Linda Jandura are marketing a new community, and asked for help. I have offered to work in the community model home at L'Hermitage, in Apex, NC. It will be fun to observe the traffic from the "other side."
