The Most Awesome thing happened this morning!!!

 Boy did I need this perk this morning. The market has been slow & I seem to be turning down more listings from unrealistic sellers than getting listings.

This morning I received an e-mail ( via Activerain) from someone who lives in NH Asking for a CMA to sell  2 house lots here in my area.

THis is great news and I have faith that Active Rain works. Keep blogging about your area & someone out there in Google land might find you
