Wordless Wednesday ~ The Stare

By
Real Estate Agent with Ferrari-Lund Real Estate NV LIC: S.0061129

This is "the stare" that Wonda gives when it is time to go for a walk! She is a crazy dog, and relentless. She won't chill until she gets her walk.

Wonda

But what a face, could you say no to her? My son sent this to me a few minutes ago. I am usually home by now and take her walking after I pick up the kids from school. Today I had to work later than usual and Alec said she won't stop staring at him! I am willing to bet Wonda  will have already been walked by the time I get home!

I'm an old softie when it comes to dogs. This is a great picture.

Terrie, saw the title and I wasn't sure just what would be staring back when I clicked!  My dog wouldn't sit still long enough to get one of these!  What a cutie.

Terrie - I have an American Eskimo dog.  He is a very BIG dog, with an unusually small head.  I say that, because Kodi Bear eats everything, and is as fat as a butterball, which makes his head appear tiny in comparison.

I decided to put him on a fitness program a couple years ago.  I bought him a new harness (a collar slips over his head to easy).  The first morning I hooked up the leash to the harness and we began our walk.  About a 1/2 mile away from the house, he acted like he was going to have a stroke.

The next morning I went out to the yard with the leash, and he ran from me.  That was a first.  Kodi is 14 years old now.  I pretty much have resigned myself to letting him have his way.  I do ration his food.  And I have him on a diet blend.   He's spending his golden years the way he wants to.

David~ I am such a softie as well! That is why she knows she will get her way with just a look!

Joanna ~ Yes, dogs do train us to do what they want, don't they!

Thank you Joyce! She gets away with a lot with those eyes!

Michael ~ Glad to hear I am not the only one that can't resist the stare.

John~ haha, if only, right?

Patricia ~ Wonda is one determined dog! She knows she can win with this look.

Myrl~ I have never met a dog who did not like to go for walks! That is so funny. He must be so content and happy to just stay home. At least you help out with his diet so he can keep that wieight under control.

Steve ~ Thank you. Love dogs!

Brenda ~ Too funny! She holds all the cards.
