3 Comments on California Assn. of Realtors Supports Steamlining the Short Sale Process
Let me be the first to say thank you. The way the banks are handling short sales is terrible and will effect the banks ability to get out from under in the least amount of loss. Some of my buyers tell me that they do not want to be involved in a short sale. I am also telling some of my buyers that they ar not cut out for the short sale process. I have handled three on the listing side and two on the buy side and they all have had different issues and not two had the same problems or delays. They all had one thing in common the bank had no organization to handle short sales. I am hoping to see 200 comments by tomorrow if not I do not understand Realtors in the LA region. I am totally with you and thank you.
Maureen, Wouldn't it be wonderful if CA would be a leader in getting this squared away for all of us! Something needs to give.
Maureen, certainly an idea who's time has come. Good luck with your press coverage I'll certainly pass the word in Seattle.Thanks.
