Appraisals looking up? It seems so in Haymarket, VA

Villages of Piedmont, Haymarket Virginia TownhomeRecently many of my colleagues have been pleasantly surprised that the appraisals for their Northern Virginia clients have been very favorable.  It is very encouraging to see numbers on the rise in our area.  Although I am sure there will still be challenges to overcome, overall it seems that things are looking up.

My clients got the good news today on their Haymarket, Virginia townhouse!  Their appraisal came in with instant equity in their home.  While this may not be the norm yet and we still have to make it past underwriting, it is a swing in the right direction.

Of course home prices and appraisals are unique to the home and the area.  So, if you are considering selling your Northern Virginia home and want a free Competitive Market Analysis thouseso see what your house is worth, give me a call.  I would be happy to help!

Your housing needs are my priority!

Congratulations.  I've been fortunate not to have been caught in the appraisal vortex other agents have in the past few years.  Opps did I just say that outloud?

Good news indeed to have instant equity in a home.  I bet your buyers are thrilled.

Nearly six months later and things are still looking good.  That's a good sign.
