Hello Tom and I know that you and so many other people around the U.S. are ready for the Lakes to open up and get ready for Summer FUN! 

I love Lake homes and cabins on Lakes because I grew up in Minnesota and use to go up north fishing every weekend since I was a little boy. 

It's quite sad because I have a Lake Property with a 2 story Shell building ready to finish off the inside just sitting empty in northern MN.

One acre with 161 feet of beautiful sugar sand on the north side of the lake, dead end road with not one neighbors structure within 300 feet of my property. I purchased this property around 20 years ago for 12,000 dollars and it is worth well ... quite a bit of money!

Since Nu Nu and I moved to Vegas over 8 years ago we have only been there twice. Now if I could take that Lake lot & building and drop it in Nevada or California I would be a 'Happy Camper" and would be living there!
