The Numbers Are In... And It Looks Like the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex Area Has Grown Again!

By
Real Estate Agent with Helping people in transition 210155

Well, my dear readers, the 2010 census numbers are in, and it looks like the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area has grown again!

We now sit at 990,993 happy residents here in Wake County, making us the 2nd largest county in North Carolina.

The Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area is growing. But there's still plenty of room for you too!

Why did we grow again?

Maybe it's the weather. Maybe it's the great schools or the friendly people that keep bringing folks this way.

Maybe it's because homes are so affordable here, and the low taxes let you live a little.

Whatever the reason, when you're ready to join the nearly 1 million people who are proud to call Wake County home, you can begin the search for your new home right here at www.justNChomes.com.

If you're thinking of making the move to the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area, this is a great place to begin your research.

Craig,

Take some credit, with the perspective you give the world about your area, it's got to have something to do with it, yes?

Craig, I'm not surprised at that figure as most of the population moves outy of the Northern Tier. Our population saw a modest gain in the past 10 years, and surprisingly the Hispanic/Latino population has surged to be the largest block at almost 35% of the state's population. We could be right up there with Florida and California

Mary - What is this "Photoshop" thing you refer to Mary? I'd love to change the picture, but pictures don't lie!

Claude - How could I forget about the Queen City Claude? If they don't move here, they move there... or Greensboro, or the beach, or the mountains...

Don - Shocking, isn't it?!!!

Dorie - If only I was the reason for the growth here Dorie. If only.

Laura - I would be honored to have you come work for AND with me Mrs. Baker!

Don - I would love to think that I have something to do with the growth here Don...But, alas, I'd just be dreaming if I did. This place sells itself. I just help those who come here buy homes.

Marc - See my comment to Don just above this one Marc. But thank you!

Gabe - Someone has to volunteer for the job!!!!

Toula - And when you come on down, we'll change the number again Toula!

Ed - It appears that the Hispanic population is up in every state that I've checked. And, yes, the Northerners are migrating this way. They've had it with winters and high taxes.

Craig ~ I'm sure you have the handle on a lot of those new residents.  I mean, if they want the best service, they should be using you to purchase their new home, otherwise they are missing out on one of the best reasons to move to Wake County!!
