Hello, thank you for speaking to your friend about Homepointe and myself as your agent. Natomas is doing well and will do even better as the Spring and Summer months come. I have no way to tell how many homes sold are turned into rentals but we do perform quarterly market reviews that list the number of vacancies on the market in specific areas. All rental surveys and rental information can be found at www.homepointe.com. Right now in Natomas there are approximately 45 three-bedroom homes and 25 four-bedroom homes available to rent. That is slightly above average for the area this time of year. One level homes are preferred but people do like two level homes that feature one bedroom and one bath or one bedroom and at least one half bath downstairs. 2000sf homes in the Natomas area rent for between $1495.00 and $1645.00 depending on the quality of the property, the yards and the neighborhood.
