The 3 month moving average number of Bainbridge pending sales in February was up 4% from a year ago. The number of active listings on Bainbridge (160) fell 2% from January and is about 11% lower than a year ago. The inventory turnover (total homes on the market divided by number sold last month) is 11.4 months, a little slower than the 10.9 months in January but a little faster than the 13.9 months of a year ago. Bainbridge Island is a buyer's market.
