Looking at the market and the houses that have sold this year from January 1st through todays date March 10, 2011 compared to the same dates in 2010 it looks like 2010 was a better market so far than this year has been. I can attribute the weather to part of that problem and also the unease that our country still has in rising gas costs, of job instability, tougher lending procedures just to name a few things.
I personally think that the market is somewhat better for me and my company this year than last year. One reason behing that summation may be that my company was brand new at the beginning of last year. I don't know about you but anytime I've made a move or change it has taken a bit of time to get back with the program.
2011 2010

Even though the numbers are down I do feel very optimistic about the market this spring, summer and fall. We need to get out in the market and make ourselves available. Happy Selling!
