In order to help our agents become more successful the Agent Leadership Council has divided the list of agents in our office into smaller groups. In this case 10 agents per group. The groups are called PODs. Each member has access to their ALC member and is their representative.
Some of the responsibilities of the ALC member is to communicate events, meetings and classes that are important to this agent. They are there to answer questions and help with issues that may come up in their business.
It is just another way Keller Williams Realty supports the agents success.
